Fresh from providing Futureboogie’s pivotal 50th release back in March, Christophe leads the charge on the label’s annual Summer Riot compilation EP, now on its sixth installment. On “West Side Critters”, a bold and brooding kick drum that the early acid pioneers would be proud of, tethers a malleable acid bassline to its stable pattern, whilst incessant cow bells, distant tom hits and metallic piano chords pep up the production for another class track from Christophe.

In addition to the acid groover provided by the label mainstay, the sun-drenched package features tracks by Mexican duo, Zombies In Miami, Forriner and Yuki Tosaya.
