Unexpected Visit

Result of a night spent looking at the stars.
After some time, the size of the universe, but above all our smallness, became increasingly clear. 
Even clearer is the immanence of the perhaps eternity of the universe, of our planet, against the rapid breathing of our life. 
We are easily led to hurry through the stages of life, towards our aims. 
Perhaps it is equally, or more, important to stop and reflect on our dimension, to slow down in order to enjoy the journey, the present, and not live in a rush to achieve something in the future.

Universal Chime

An impression of the time spent queuing at the entrance to De School in Amsterdam. Seven hours in which my friends and I cyclically went through euphoria, tiredness, bewilderment, anger, conviction, desperation, hope, dejection and finally resignation. No, in the end we couldn't get in.. haha

De Line

I attempted to bring into music the perceptions and sensations experienced during my trip to Morocco, during which I was lucky enough to play traditional drums with the Berbers in the desert under the stars.

In the Sand

Had to split it in two parts, hope you willl enjoy!

The set aims to retrace the development of human beings.
Starting from the Big Bang you can feel the generation of the earth between earthquakes and eruptions, rains and storms, plants and animals and finally us.

Throughout the set there are scattered elements of reflection on the current human condition, on the social structure, on disparities, and finally on war.

In a mild and scattered way I tried to highlight the contrast between the incredible fortune of the simple existence of our species and its more violent and oppressive aspects.

The set was made inside a bamboo installation that reproduced a forest in the fog by @ardeidestudio (ig)

There are moments in life when we feel strong, stable, unassailable. However, sometimes even something that we would have considered irrelevant is enough to break the balance, and bring us back to being children, without references, small, lost, and suspended in the universe around us.

Room With No Floor

A thought on the contrast between one's own perception of identity and the fragmentation of that same identity perceived by those around us.

Fragmentation

The sky, once an immaculate home for birds, animals that most of all represent freedom, are now teeming with instruments of death, such as bomber and kamikaze drones, widely used in the current conflicts. Killing and destroying has the ease of pressing a button and setting a GPS, can we still call ourself humans in this?

Corrupted Sky

Disorder, hazy ideas, clouds and confused emotions, a cloudy Saturday and many thoughts. The track is confusing, but it would be a lie to say that it was done on purpose, it just is.

Ritorno - Coming back

Coming back home from a rave street parade the thoughts were crowding in my head.
After days of confusion, torn from the normality of my days, the path forward seemed even more unclear. 
However, taken by the hand of the people around me, I was able to hear again the sound filling me inside.

This morning
I came back home
with star fragments in my pocket

Suns
moons
planets
fading on my stomach

I heard
gentle voices
whisper in my ear

I felt
friendly hands
caressing my heart

Inside me
out of me
a sound
