Etruria beat's 017 release sees his founder at the forefront, Luca Agnelli, who is back on his own label after his latest track Dark Moon which was played by the best artists of the techno scene, and after being the cover Dj of DJmag Italy May 2014. 

Two original tracks, Orion and Cassiopea, plus two remixes of well-known artists such as Brett Johnson,who just released on Visionquest, and Daschund from Highgrade and Clapper.
Orion has an old-style flavor, characterized by a 909 groove and a bassline from an old 303; the main element is the Moog synth, that is addictive, melodic and hypnotic, that will lead you away through the atmosphere of Detroit. 
Brett Johnson turns Orion into much more deep track, playing with the main synth and making it suitable to afterhours. 
Daschund instead has a tech-house touch giving relentless and happiness to the groove of the track. 
The last track of ep is Cassiopea, inspired by the sound of Ostgut Ton. 
Dark and deep sounds will bring us into a subterranean journey ... on the way to Etruria!

Now in full swing, PAWSA & Michael Bibi’s Solid Grooves label introduces its third release from Kuo Climax, plus a remix from Okain.

Evolving from one of London’s most popular event series into a burgeoning record label earlier this year, Solid Grooves’ inaugural releases have come from Spanish producer Wade and label founder PAWSA. Kuo Climax is the next talent to arrive on the roster - a producer born in Malaga who’s already released on established imprints such as VIVa, Avotre, Knee Deep In Sound and Innocent Music.

‘Badboy’ begins with thudding kicks and echoing snares as various idiosyncratic effects come and go. ‘Jump’ then sees a spike in tempo as shuffling hats and suspenseful drum rolls work together to generate copious energy, before the rhythmic ‘Work’ delivers a percussive workout with plenty of groove. French producer Okain, known for his releases on TrueSoul, Gruuv and Tsuba, then delivers a low-slung rendition of ‘Badboy’ with a throbbing bassline and cavernous breakdowns.

Reelow returns to Solid Grooves Records with a pair of high-octane house numbers.

Since its launch at the tail end of 2015 Solid Grooves Records has risen from strength to strength. Spanning names such as Wade, Kuo Climax, Dennis Cruz, Andrew Beat and David Pher, not to mention label founders PAWSA and Michael Bibi, the imprint’s discography is in high demand – a fact further enforced by achieving a Beatport no.1 within six months of its birth.

When not gigging all across Europe throughout last year the Hungarian-born, Barcelona-based DJ- producer was dropping a string of rhythmic releases on labels such as Deeperfect Records, Snatch!, Cuartero’s Sanity and Roush. One of the key names associated with Solid Grooves, Reelow first appeared on the imprint in a collaborative release alongside Onno a year ago and has been a staple in their Ibiza season line-ups.

Demonstrating Reelow’s signature trippy aesthetic from the off, ‘Youngsters’ amalgamates a rumbling bassline with a cacophony of percussive elements. It’s moody, mesmerizing and certain to send shockwaves through dancefloors. Punchy drums and murky vocal samples then form ‘Youngsters’ – a roaring house cut complete with strings, stabs and a cavernous drop.

Canadian Paolo Rocco kickstarts the New Year with his ​Judgement EP on Hot Creations. The first release of 2017 is an international affair, with Manchester born Trevino and one of the most spoken
names of last year, Greece native Detlef on remix duties.

Initially making a name for himself through his DJing skills back home in Montreal, Paolo's productions entered the market in 2012 with instant international support. His releases on Real Tone, One Records, Saved and others were all met with high acclaims as were the compilations he mixed for Defected and Get Physical. The creation of, ‘Judgement’ and ‘That’s It’ prove Paolo truly understands what works on the dance floor.

2016 saw Detlef reach new heights whilst also debuting on Hot Creations with his ‘Kinky Tail’ EP. He returns to
the label with a devastating edit of ‘Judgement’ and his rolling signature sound.

Trevino aka Marcus Intalex ramps up the EP with his remix, centred around shimmering high hats and a freaky groove. A champion of how a DJ can achieve success in two different genres, Trevino has released on several of the most praised drum & bass and techno labels for a number of years.
