Trapped Inside is an album about wanting to express how I feel but feeling silenced by others, like every time I try to speak, I’m shut down. When producing the album, I was in a place where I felt completely stuck, like I was just going through the motions, unable to create what I truly wanted. I wasn’t enjoying life the way I hoped to. More than anything, I wanted to move forward, to 'grow up,' and to embark on those big journeys—checking off all the milestones that come with being a teenager.

This album became the foundation for everything that followed—the emotions, the themes, the entire story.
