“The Michigan Parlour Blues” is a short guitar instrumental which for me is a somewhat atmospheric recording indicative of the early to mid 1960’s. . The pickup I used on this guitar is a Schaller Vintage (10/43) which gives a rich full tone.

“The Lonesome Rider” a song I wrote in 1978 with various recorded versions over the years. This is the best take (“warts & all”) from a 1983 4 track porta-studio recording.  The theme of the song is the sad and tortuous fate imposed upon a hapless soul, condemned for eternity to be a phantom horse rider in the after life. ‘The Listeners’ by Walter de la Mare springs to mind. You are all the real ‘Listeners’
