After five years of abstinence, my son fell back into drugs. All attempts to help him bounced off the increasingly overpowering drug cocktails. All my feelings during this time, the anger about the destructive power of the drugs, the powerlessness in the face of the quicksand in which my son sank further and further, the despair and sadness about the loss of loving contact with him, I have tried to process in this song.  

Introduction in German:
Nach fünf Jahren der Abstinenz ist mein Sohn wieder den Drogen verfallen. Alle Versuche, ihm zu helfen, prallten an den immer übermächtiger werdenden Drogencocktails ab. Alle meine Gefühle in dieser Zeit, die Wut über die zerstörerische Kraft der Drogen, die Ohnmacht angesichts des Treibsandes, in den mein Sohn immer weiter versank, die Verzweiflung und Trauer über den Verlust des liebevollen Kontaktes zu ihm, habe ich versucht, in diesem Song zu verarbeiten.

Escrita en invierno de 2013, Secretos del Bosque es una canción más orgánica que las anteriores. Evoca el halo de misterio que puede experimentarse cuando nos adentramos al bosque y también lo inverso, cuando el bosque, o alguien se adentra a nuestro corazón.
Es de las primeras canciones que compuse. Años de reposo...Hasta que le llegó el momento. En otoño de este año, comenzamos a trabajarla y a disfrutar el proceso sin apuro. La producción de @juleswineheart y los arreglos instrumentales que hizo, ayudaron a que terminara de expresar la madurez de esos años.
El arte de tapa es laburo de mi querida y queridísima amiga @nataliatomadoni a quien le hice pasar varias tardes de intensos fríos en las rutas, montañas y bosques.

Secretos del bosque

Francis escapa con su hermano de meses Ele, luego de que el consejero del rey padre de los hermanos, le llenó la cabeza. Francis, quien ha sido aprendiz del consejero, sabe tanto como él que Ele podría ser el niño que las profecías vaticinaban que nacería, dueño de un poder único, quien puede traer la iluminación al mundo, bisagra de una nueva era. 

A cientos de millas de allí, atravesando las profundidades del bosque, se encuentra un templo que se sabe muerto, y que solo unos pocos conocen que es el lugar indicado para que el supuesto poder de Ele se revele.

Poner nombre al reino y al templo, al consejero y al rey.
