Bored one day when I lived in North Hollywood, I started playing a drum beat whilst thinking of a reggae rhythm.  One thing led to another and I started putting this track together.  The melody and lyrics came together after improvising and tracking my takes for about 30 minutes.  I played and sang everything on this one.
