With dedication, podcast no.45 comes from an artist with aspiring career, @LindseyHerbert who's at age 16 continues to drift towards the deeper realms of techno, constantly honing her craft as a DJ and getting involved with the thriving scene in San Francisco. Fast-forward to 2021 and Lindsey has truly become a recognized name in her city and beyond, in large part thanks to her unique signature sets— true journeys that explore alternating soundscapes laced together by dark, deep and heavy textures, as well psychedelic elements and ethereal melodies; and now her productions as well. With tour dates that have brought her to international venues playing beside top name DJs, she is an artist to watch.

Lindsey’s hard work over the years has paid off, gaining her residencies with San Francisco’s Robot Ears for six years, and more recently becoming the newest member of Direct to Earth in SF, as well as earning a spot on the roster of Berlin-based agency, Point Collective back in 2016. She has played coveted gigs in Detroit, Chicago, Athens, Istanbul, and throughout Germany, as well as her recent debut in the legendary Tresor Berlin and Gate Club in Batumi, Georgia.

@vilmusic aka Nuno Costa began his ventures into electronic music in 2008 with his Sinner moniker, and with it he created Warface, a local crew and promoter focused on dubstep, drum ’n’ bass, and UK garage.

In 2013 he kickstarted his new project, VIL, focusing mainly on techno, electro, breaks, and house music. His debut EP came in early 2015, when Portuguese label Extended Records picked him up for a release. Soon after, he released on Lewis Fautzi’s “Faut Section” imprint and on the legendary techno imprint Synewave New York, run by Damon Wild.

VIL’s refined taste and set building ability has already earned him a place at some of the best clubs in the country, of which Lux Frágil, Gare, and Ministerium are included, and is a regular presence at many of the country’s festivals as well. Fast forward to 2018, where alongside Portuguese artists Temudo and menosdois, he creates Hayes, a collective focused on showcasing the distinct output of its artists through vinyl and digital releases.  Already counting with three vinyl releases since its inception, their music has already been played by the biggest artists in the scene.

Nitromi Galien is an alien woman artist who adores hypnotic deep techno, extraordinary cosmic soundscapes and atmospheric ambient music. She was born in Slovakia, a little country in the middle of Europe.

Nitromi has started her musical journey of a digital storyteller in 2021 after she entered the scene as a producer. With her extraterrestrial and spiritual stories she wants to stimulate the mind, speak to the soul and awaken the deepest emotions in the heart of the listener. She wants to share some of her own magic with the world.

In 2022, she introduced her future music project On The Mission that aims to create more recognition for her beloved hypnotic family. Especially, she wants to support young talents and emerging artists, as well as the quality and equality on the scene.

hola hace rato no usaba mi controladora midi, desde que compré las repros uso eso para tocar pero la controladora se puede mapear tambien a ableton para producir no solo a rekordbox. ayer empecé a mapearla porque quiero implementar eso más a mi proceso de producción, hice un disque ‘template’ en ableton, con grupos y uno q otro efecto, mapee los grupos (LOW, MID, HIGH) a los pads, un filtro DJM en el master a la perilla de filtro, un canal de return de reverb largo otra perilla de arriba, las perillas de eq las mapee al fader de cada grupo, craftee el kick, el bajo (mapee una perilla al cutoff del bajo), percs altas y me armé este jam. ahora con las ideas que saqué durante el jam voy a terminar la rola. voy a subir el jam también a youtube por si gustan verlo  completo :)
