PROJECT:

Trenchcoat Raccoons is a fast, fail-forward TTRPG of chaotic heists, cartoon logic, and glorious disaster. Each player controls one raccoon in a stack, all pretending to be one very suspicious human in a trenchcoat, stealing cursed loot in a world of glam horror, glittering galas, mad science, and cryptid conspiracies. Blending the slick heist energy of Sly Cooper, the chaotic camaraderie of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and the paranormal absurdity of Gravity Falls into one stack of disaster raccoons, constantly derailed by their own wild Impulses.
