Born in the north of Rio de Janeiro on February 12, Lucas Freitas is one of the great new promises of Brazilian national rap, being one of the most outstanding rappers of his region, by his style, and wide influence in digital media being a renowned digital influencer and recognized internationally, for his many works, and multiple talents.

Lucas having started his musical career in 2012, stood out in the genre RAP / HipHop, known as Lucas LuzIIN, through the strong sentimentality of his songs became known for his most romantic songs many of them officially released only in his first solo work, the EP The Black And White Single. But despite having won much of his audience through this romantic style, from 2016 onwards Lucas presented something totally different from what his audience was accustomed to seeing, adopting a more aggressive Underground style with more articulate rhymes based on current events and criticize society and system. Lucas, due to the strong influence of his Underground style in many of his early street battles and to the outside influences of the public and friends, Lucas chose to change his musical name from Lucas LuzIIN to LC MADDOG, nickname acquired by him in some of his first battles. Like LC Maddog, he managed to gain more visibility in the national rap scene, just as he became known before his first big project his EP The Black and White Single. Lucas also gained prominence with his compositions leaked on the internet, some later were removed by the artist or users who made the publications without consent of the same were removed at the request of the singer, also having some previous compositions of Lucas that were not officially released by it being possible to be found on sites like Soundcloud, 4Shared and Youtube among other music sites. At the end of the year 2017 Lucas announced to some of his fans on some of his social networks. News about the launch of his second project that according to the artist due to personal problems and the entry and creation of his new musical group of the genre the official release of some of his albums should be postponed. Lucas at the end of December 2017 Publicly announced in his social networks the creation of his current Group entitled "Lyric Generation" composed by currently seven members, such as Lucas (LC Maddog), Robert Garcia (Mc Garcia), Gabriel Lopes ( Mc G''Lopes), vocals followed by Alesson, Erick, Samuel and Vinicius. Little is known about the group and its future projects. In February 2018, one of the members of the group spoke to the Public saying that a supposed disc would be released and that it would be the disc that would launch the group officially but nothing was said as to when this should happen. Currently Lucas has planned and already promised the release of 4 solo albums being 3 EP's and a mixtap that should be officially released to the public during 2018,2019 to 2021. Although he chose to be called LC MADDOG as a stage name, Lucas continues to use the name of Lucas LuzIIN and his own original name in his albums and other projects involving his songs. According to him, "Both LC MADDOG and Lucas LuzIIN are variants of himself, which makes it possible for him to express himself in many different ways, and to be able to act in other careers without having his work questioned in any of his careers."
