I recorded this song back in 2012 in Ottawa under the name 'Marxist Cowboy' with the help of Casey Beaulieu @caseybeaulieumusic (bass and recording tech), Erik Royle (cello) and Pat Spencer @bungalow-vansion (drums) and then mixed in 2013 by Mike Smith of @monsterfever. Was going for a Nirvana meets the more maudlin side of the Black Keys vibe. Lyrics below:
