[Tales of the C.L.O.U.D.] Circumstances + Meltdown (Unofficial I guess)

This one was fun. I haven't done an ASGORE in a long time, and since it's my position in ToTC, I could really go all out and make it my way. I really like how it came out, and it may not be like what you'd expect.
