ANNĒ & SERA J return for the second edition of their Symbiosis series on Mutual Rytm.

ANNĒ, known for potent techno on the likes of Soma and Hardgroove, and Nechto and Life In Patterns associate Sera J, have had standout years that have seen them put out a stream of essential club tracks. They are partners in both life and music, and the first volume of ‘Symbiosis’ on SHDW's Mutual Rytm imprint was their first release together. Delivering an honest representation of their innermost feelings, having also contributed to the label's ‘Federation Of Rytm III’ VA in February, this new six-track EP (plus bonus cuts) presents a ‘mature and refined connection between their souls’.

The second instalment of 'Symbiosis' reflects not only their deep personal connection, but also their collaborative synergy as musical peers with the same goals. The EP captures the essence of their mutual artistic journey and showcases the strength of their bond both in life and through their shared creative vision - to create a storyline through sounds coming from their souls and convey a narrative that many listeners may find relatable.

Bangladeshi-Canadian artist Lady Tazz has long been leading the techno underground with her dark, seductive styles designed to get dancers to unleash their inner kinks. Her own sounds appear on labels such as Rekids, as well as her own Mind Medizin, which is a tastemaking outlet for liberating techno. Hermanas started in 2024 to spotlight female producers who inspire Lady Tazz. The series encourages artists to celebrate expression, freedom, and individuality on the dancefloor, and this latest edition is another bold continuation packed with artistic empowerment and fearless sonic exploration.

First up is Pert from Buenos Aires, who heads up the GRUVALISMO label and plays around the world. 'Vocal Player' pairs driving, dusty Detroit techno drums with melancholic chords that linger in the air, bringing emotional richness alongside an irresistible groove. Next is Shakti with 'Le FleuR Du Mal', who crafts a moody, intense, yet sparse deep techno atmosphere, with wispy sci-fi chords encircling the groove and pounding kicks powering on below. Mexico City's Laura Coch has brought her sound to renowned platforms like HÖR Berlin and Unknown to the Unknown. She has collaborated with Egyptian Lover and heads up the Global Harmony party collective. Her 'Moshing Ferrets' is a bleakpost-human soundscape that rides double-time kicks and fizzes with static before molten melodies fall down the face of the track and warped bass sucks you in deep.

Colombia's Sara Delerio is another raw, hypnotic techno talent who has begun to make a mark in Europe. Her 'Espiritu' is quick-stepping, well-swung and dubbed out techno with bubbly, organic percussion sprinkled over the mix and ghostly synths layered in to freaky eﬀect. Lastly, Laurel brings a vast techno groove that rolls with the unstoppable force of an oil tanker as warped synths play oﬀ the beats and the pressure keeps building.

Premiere: Victor Fernandez - Flying To The Unknown [ANAØH]

Currently celebrating 20 years of exploits and shenanigans, Enemy Records is back with a 4- track various artists EP featuring label-owner Dustin Zahn, Viels, Slone, and K.U.S.S. “IMMOLATION” exists as the spiritual successor of Enemy’s previous 4-track V.A., “BREAK A FANCY VASE.” The result is four infectious club tracks designed for optimal damage.

Zahn starts off with “Surrender the Body,” a deep narrative-focused roller designed especially for late night party people dealing with a lot of internal dialogue going on. If the meditative vocals are too much, he also supplies an alternative instrumental version, like any proper vocal club track should have!

Slone’s “Throttled” is a heads down minimalistic roller expertly filled with tension. These moments of tension break with in-your-face synth work sprinkled in at just the right moments, leading to massive responses on the dance floor.

Parisian producer K.U.S.S finally makes his label debut with “Encounter,” a polyrhythmic percussive workout that functions as a perfect tool for working DJs. The track features the perfect balance of sci-fi elements and club functionality.

Viels finishes off the EP with “Nessun Battito.” Viels combines dreamy call-and-response hooks with steady yet crafty 909 workouts to build a perfect introspective-leaning vibe that still works great at peak time.

Italian techno innovator SLV returns with second EP on Mutual Rytm,
serving up a blend of raw analogue power and cinematic depth.

Sicily’s SLV is able to merge technical mastery with emotional resonance. His potent techno sounds have come via the likes of SHWD’s Mutual Rytm and Slam's Soma, and unite timeless yet forward-thinking sonics.
On ‘Fleeting Dreams’, he continues to refine his signature sound while channelling introspection and intensity into a collection of meticulously crafted cuts that balance precision and feeling, energy and space. Each track reveals a different side of his sonic identity: hypnotic rhythms intertwine with evolving soundscapes, while layers of distortion and melody merge into a dreamlike tension between the mechanical and the organic.

‘Fading Moments’ kicks off with a sleek blend of driving, supple kicks and warm synth ripples, while a euphoric vocal cry is buried deep to amp up the emotion. ‘Scenario’ then brings icy hi-hats and sinewy synths bring a futuristic feel to the unrelenting, high-pressure drums down low. ‘Daruma’ has a darker energy with menacing textures and paranoid FX bringing the rolling drums to life, while ‘Bass Grit’ has a hunched up rhythm, with groaning pads and fizzing static electricity that charge up the party. To close, ‘Shimmer’ sinks down into a muscular and deep rhythm that's marbled with restless synths and ever-rising tension.

In addition, digital bonus cuts ‘Trust’ and ‘1990’ offer different perspectives with slamming drums, seductive vocals and feisty synth loops making for two more bold, immersive techno weapons.

Lidvall lands on Gordo Trax with an EP that distils what’s made him one of the most prolific, in-demand producers of recent years: a singular voice, unmistakable sound design and unapologetic bite. This is character, front and centre.

The journey kicks off with “Defeated”, all magnetic tension and forward thrust, before burrowing into the pressure cooker of “Vault”, where impact and atmosphere lock like precision parts. “Nameless Endless” tightens the spiral with a faceless, hypnotic momentum, and “No Plan B” snaps the floor to attention—decisive, focused, sweat on the ceiling. The mantra arrives with “What Are You Waiting For”: a hook that bites and returns, a functional earworm built for late hours and hard turns. Finally, Finalversion3 reshapes the title cut into a remix of expansive pressure—air opened up, edges sharpened—primed for the decisive moment in the set.

Production duo RCHTR and Invalid Request are both from Netherlands, and the pair have landed their quality music on Audio Units' Observant, PRTL WRX, and their own Derailed Records.

For this DT:Premiere we selected "Fallout" with a broken beat and gritty sound design. Spacey, modular pulses are met with dystopian atmospherics in a dark-edged, analogue journey with subtle, deep tones for an intense cinematic listening experience.

To celebrate hitting their 20th release, Cleric’s imprint pulls together 23 talents for an essential various artist compilation including tracks from the likes of Rebekah, Cleric, Stef Mendesidis, Remco Beekwilder & Stranger, Endlec, Kwartz, Setaoc Mass, Roman Poncet, Slam and many more.

Clergy has become synonymous with a balance of atmospheric and hard hitting brand of techno ever since 2014. The boss's own music has been key to that, with carefully curated releases from guests such as Dax J, Kwartz, Reflec and Cleric himself. Helping to make the label an underground favourite. ‘Clergy Visions 01’ sees Cleric invite an array on techno heavyweights to contribute to this compilation that’s mixed by the label boss himself.
Things open up with the bleak ambience and fizzing electric cables of Jokasti & Nek's 'Grained' then Sept's 'Artifical' lays down a tunnelling techno groove that immediately locks you in. The mysterious alias, Reizemann heads off to a cosmic realm with its deep space pads slowly building the momentum throughout the drums. The energy levels then stay high throughout tracks from Roman Poncet, Kwartz and Setaoc Mass, then leading onto the groove of Stef Mendesidis.
Testament to Cleric's skills as a DJ and sequencer is the fact this journey is constantly evolving while remaining coherent. A mid- section featuring the likes of Endlec, Sleeparchive and EAS keeps you on your toes with perfectly stripped back but hard dynamic drum programming and intense melody work. Remco Beekwilder & Stranger bring a more hard hitting and industrial style before Slam calm the fires once more allowing you to sink into a smooth, elongated roller. It's left to the dystopian darkness of Rebekah and atmospheric techno brilliance of Lerias to close out this most adventurous mix in real style.
