lucidbloom is an indie rock band from the Blue Mountains, Australia. Consisting of five members, the band's music is characterised by hypnotic vocals, emotive guitar work, and delicate atmospherics, with pulsing and percussive drums providing an undercurrent of intensity. The group's sound draws from a wide range of influences and previous creative projects, resulting in a brooding yet beautiful blend of foreboding lyricism and pop sensibility. The band was born from rekindled friendships spanning 15 years, and their music is inspired by the collective consciousness of natural disasters and pandemics. The members of lucidbloom are Vocalist and Bassist Katrina Noorbergen, Vocalist Jennifer Noorbergen, Guitarist Brendon MacMurray, Synth Tom Haeusler, and Drummer Sarah Heydon.
