امیدوارم از این به بعد با حمایت معاونت های دانشجویی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران و دانشگاه تهران در آخرین چهارشنبه هر ماه بصورت پخش زنده در خدمت علاقمندان باشم. سلسله نشست هایی خواهد بود درباره توانمندسازی و رشد فردی که در جریان آنها به برخی مقوله های عملی و کاربردی در خودشناسی اشاره خواهم کرد. عناوین ختصاص یافته به هر جلسه برگرفته از سوالات و پیشنهادات شایع دانشجویان دانشگاه است. سعی خواهم کرد که این عناوین را به بحث بگذارم و به پرسش های خاص درباره هریک در حد توان خودم و با تکیه و استناد به یافته های علمی پاسخ دهم. اولین جلسه به مقوله اعتماد و به قولی عزت نفس اختصاص دارد. شکایت از کمبود اعتماد به نفس و به اصطلاح باور نداشتن به خود از جمله موارد بسیار شایع است. بسیاری بر این باورند که آنچه در زندگی آنها را از پیشرفت باز داشته است از همین مشکل بر می خیزد. اما آیا واقعا اینگونه است؟ چند دهه پژوهش و چالش نشان داده اند که جایگاه مطرح شده درباره اهمیت عزت/اعتماد بنفس اغراق شده و حتی گمراه کننده بوده است و این مفهوم بدلایلی که اشاره خواهم کرد از جمله بازاریابی گسترده روانی، جایگاهی خاص در گفتمان سلامت روان در بسیاری کشورهای صنعتی و بویژه غربی پیدا کرده است. اشتغال ذهنی زیاد با آن و تلاش برای افزایش آن حتی با توسل به شیوه های ایجاد خود کاذب به منظور موفقیت رهگشا نبوده و برعکس عده ی زیادی را دچار عوارض کرده است. شاید حتی بتوان گفت که جویندگان شادکامی و خوشبختی بخاطر همین تاکید بر اصلاح اعتماد بنفس در کلاف سردرگم و بی حاصلی گرفتار شده اند.  در صحبت این جلسه اشاره خواهم کرد که پرداختن به و تمرکز بر مفاهیمی چون کمالگرایی مشکل آفرین، اضطراب اجتماعی، حساسیت مفرط به طردشدگی و خودشیفتگی شاید جایگزین های بهتری باشند تا اشتغال با مقوله خود و جایگاه آن. امیدوارم این مبحث مورد توجه شما قرار گیرد.

poëzie van Antjie Krog in duet met harpmuziek van Anne Vanschothorst

De Nederlandse harpist Anne Vanschothorst heeft een selectie uit de mooiste poëzie van de gerenommeerde en Nobelprijs-waardige Zuid-Afrikaanse dichter Antjie Krog in samenzang met harpmuziek op cd uitgebracht voor 'Harp and Soul Productions'. Op de wereldpremière 'klip lied snaar' zijn de dichter en de harpist voor het eerst samen te beluisteren. Zij hebben hun krachten gebundeld.

Over 'klip lied snaar' vertelt Anne: "Met de volgorde van de intuïtief gekozen gedichten van Antjie Krog, gebundeld in 'klip lied snaar', heb ik mijn eigen verhaal willen vertellen. Haar poëzie appelleert aan de wens die ik als mens/kunstenaar/maker/vrouw heb - in mijn streven naar evenwicht, vrijheid, geluk en (onvoorwaardelijke) liefde - om openhartig, onbevangen en met kinderlijke nieuwsgierigheid/creativiteit in het leven te staan, zonder schuldgevoel en angst. Het gaat over het verlangen naar aanraking en connectie, de behoefte om ergens bij te horen, te weten waar je vandaan komt, dat je wordt gezien, gehoord en genoemd. Het gaat wat mij betreft over bestaansrecht."

Anne Vanschothorst is maker van toegepaste muziek voor spoken word en filmprojecten en is o.a. te horen geweest via NPO, PBS het NFF, TROPFEST, Discovery Channel, Gucci, Museum Boijmans en Studio Drift. Het All About Jazz magazine schrijft: 'There is a stunning soundtrack quality to Anne Vanschothorst's music, but that should be no surprise as she has been called upon to provide such to the visual arts.' Antjie Krog geldt al vele jaren als een van de groten van de hedendaagse literatuur. Bij Uitgeverij Podium verschenen haar gedichtenbundels. Als eerste niet-Nederlandse auteur werd haar de Gouden Ganzenveer toegekend. Maar liefst twee keer ontving zij de prestigieuze Hertzogprys. De Volkskrant schrijft: 'Het ligt aan de taal, het ligt aan de toon, het ligt aan de thema's – het ligt, kortom, aan de dichteres.'
