On the evening of August 27, 2022 the @warningberlin crew invited me to play the opening set of that evening at the tent of ://about.blank. The party had already been going for a day and I was the first one after the Trancesetters of Westphalia, who played a powerful Acid/Trance-liveset in the garden.
First I was a bit torn between the option to completely reset the vibe or to play the set backwards, moving from 110 bpm downwards. But I decided for the reset, which proved to be the right decision three hours later.
Compared to the other sets to be found on this channel, it's way slower than usual - starting with Jazz, field recordings and then ranging from 75 to 100 bpm.

Done with Ableton Live 11.1.6, a Novation LaunchControl XL, and these tracks, of which there are quite some loops, which glue this whole thing together:

The project was started around 2012 and has ever since been releasing several releases on internationally renowned labels with the likes of John Talabot's Hivern Discs, Lovefinger's LA based ESP Institute and most recently Colino's Amsterdam based Kalahari Oyster Cult.

Another great back to back session with Malte aka @@caldera-caldera, we always find a way to make things flow effortlessly and for our music to gel into an enjoyable adventure through electronic sounds, I really like his taste in music and his new EP on @nummer is killer - definitely one to check! (I’ll be stocking at Temple of Vinyl).

Lucid Unity’s debut release see’s label owner “Charlie Tennger” switch thing’s up after a brief hiatus from releasing music. “Sigma Greens” sets the tone for the EP, driven by lush chord stabs, euphoric vocal samples and deep rolling bassline. Next up “Intimate Connection” takes you on a deeper journey taking influence from 90’s acid house music. “Hypnotism” brings us right back to the dancefloor in a low lit nightclub down a backstreet, again the theme see’s us revisiting those elements of 90’s rave music, driven by a thudding bassline and kick pattern. The final track of the EP “That Real Love” is more of a classic deep house groove. Grab yourself a Vodka lemonade and enjoy the ride
