Since the 90s, the characteristic 303 acid sound has been one of the main elements in most electronic DJ sets. We dedicate a series of online mixes from talented artists, which will contain those smiley-facing sounds. Electro, techno, rave, breakbeats, house, acid acid acid! Every month, a 1-hour acid mix will be uploaded on our Soundcloud!

We’re already halfway through 2025 — it’s June, hot acid summer, and time for a new On Acid mix. The 26th edition comes from BONDE, a German DJ and producer based in Salzburg. Known for his raw, acid-driven sound and deep roots in the Austrian underground, BONDE is also the co-founder of Nachtmusik. After releasing his track Acid For Dinner with us, he now delivers a hypnotic mix full of driving rhythms and trippy acid – a true reflection of his unique vision.
Turn it up and let the acid take control.

PREMIERE : Divine Mechanic - Blink Signal [DBRVA008]

Epic synths are layered over a foundation of kick and rolling bass, tying the drums together through the rim. My aim was to create a groove that’s simple to listen to, allowing the focus to shift more toward the progression of the main sound element, a build-up of energy that unfolds over time.

If I had to associate this EP with an experience, I’d imagine it as a plane ride: during takeoff, you feel the force pinning you to your seat until the moment the plane lifts off and begins to climb… Up in the air, you feel light, weightless, until the descent begins. Here comes the drop: the wheels touch the runway.
