Back once again after a 2-year hiatus Red Lions performance from inside the Pyramid, at the 2022 Harvest Festival In Burks Falls, Ontario, Canada.  "I Dew Drops Cause I Mist You The Moist" is an all Drum & Bass mix that features some of Red Lions favourite tracks over the past few years, sprinkled as always with some Jungle classics.  A set built around fun, the dancefloor and a party atmosphere had the humidity high and bass lines low powered by the mighty 40hz Soundsystem.  

A festival that is dear to my heart and soul, I truly have missed you the most.  Hope you enjoy the set!

Red Lions Friday night DJ set amongst "The Heads" at the 2023 Harvest Festival in Burks Falls ON Canada.  Red Heads & Fire Bushes is an all Drum and Bass set containing many of the Lion's favourites over the past year.  A condensed 60 minute set this year in a "headlioning" slot made for an upbeat mix of DnB, Liquid, Jungle & Ragga.  Another incredible festival is in the books and I hope you enjoy the music.

New EP series from Ghetto Dub HQ. Rugged Riddimz Vol 1 kicks off with SOUND SHIFTER’s erie darkside roller “Project Q” which echos the sound of jungles history with its heavily chopped up amen breaks and samples from the past. RASSTERLIN, head honcho behind the mighty Asbo imprint comes in hard and takes you on a journey that swings and sways through dark atmospherics, reggae skanks and a vocal that oozes dancehall lava. Definitely one for the “heads”. Next comes the unmistakable sounds of SUBCRIMINAL, fresh from his recent “Raised In The Hood” EP delivering a real bouncing dancefloor smasher with a cheeky steppa style beat and some cool reggae vocals reminiscent of the Clashes “Armageddon Time”. It's simply impossible not to jump around when the bassline drops. GALVATRON’s “Bam Bada” finally sees the light of day after a year of slaying down the dance on dub. Utilising his trademark heavily chopped up amen breaks and a dark rumbling reese bass, combined with that mesmerising female vocal, this tune goes off and is immense fun to mix with! A classic (and slightly cheeky) jungle sample ignites the proceeding on this final track by the man they call DUBTIME. We all know that intro, but when the drop comes it is not quite what you were expecting but you love it anyway.
