This mini mix is a compendium of my favorite party smashers throughout 2011. 

I recorded this for a deejay battle that took place in Orange County. With the only slip up at the end of the 3rd minute, you can guess I lost this competition. Really grateful for the opportunity.

Drum and bass, drumstep, deep dubstep and trap deejay, Lucky 8, found her love for electronic music in the dark corners of Seattle around 1999. When paper flyers were your only source for direction, vinyl was, "the only way" to deejay and 6am was still legal.

In 2002 she moved to Los Angeles where she was given belt driven turntables for her birthday by her best friend whom knew she was fascinated, by the thought, of making people dance. 

By 2005 she was put on stages by Jonathan Morning who runs, XTRNL Music, and quickly became known in the LA Underground Scene.

In 2008 she made the switch from mixing vinyl to digital and was able to start editing the music she would find, make them more her style by creating mash ups, loops, and shorten the build ups. 

Through 2009 - 2018 her main focus was on the renegade rave scene working with multiple production crews across the LA basin including; XTRNL Music, Noyz'R'Us, Studio 69, B. Entertained, 3EV, ShanRock, TBTN and many others.
