Ok, before anybody throws their pitchforks and torches at me, let me explain...

I'll go ahead and say it: Most swap AUs are just plain lazy.
Fabled Mistakes is a crossover swap AU, with a more satire and self-aware story. It pokes fun at the fact that most swap AUs either don't make sense, or are just plain stupid. As if Fabled Mistakes' universe was never meant be...

Oh... you were wondering why Freddy Freaker is Sans? Eh, I guess it adds to ridiculousness of the whole situation. Most of the character choices aren't meant to be serious, it's more in the story of the AU.

(As for my other AUs, consider them dead. This one is the one I'm going to be focusing on the most, mostly due to it's meta)

[UNDERTALE AU - Fabled Mistakes] I am Kazaam!!!

I feel in love with this idea the moment I found out about it.

I know I might not be as big as everyone else making or getting their own Robot Master theme, but I thought I'd make a theme anyways. It's been a dream of mine to become better as a composer and step out of my comfort zone, that being Undertale related music. Now don't panic, this isn't me leaving the Undertale music community. I'd never leave you guys. Undertale was what really got me into composing music, other than David Wise's work in Donkey Kong Country.

As for the song itself, I guess it's not anything too impressive. I used a lot of original motifs in this song, as well as The Masked Ringmaster and EXSPIRAVIT (which uses the Yokai Watch 2 boss theme as a motif) to spice things up a bit. I was almost tempted to do this track in the style of Megaman 7, though I'd stick to keeping it 8-bit. Hopefully, something like Megalo Man X happens in the future, because I'd love to do a 16-bit version of this!

For those who are wondering who the pink guy in the thumbnail is, that's basically my self-insert character, Landon The Lucky. If you couldn't already tell, he's based on Mighty The Armadillo from the Sonic series. I originally designed him for an AU, though the design stuck with me.

This isn't an April Fools day joke.

About Dahvie (Chara role replacement):
Up until now all of the roles have mostly been more well known meme characters. Dahive is more of an inside joke/"why did you do this" kind of character. For those who don't know, Dahvie is the lead singer of the band Blood on The Dance Floor. You guys still think My Chemical Romance, 21 Pilots, and Panic at The Disco are edgy... I laugh at you. Yeah, their music is pretty shit, and don't even get me started on Dahvie's darker actions. That's honestly something I'd rather not share here.

Freddie Freaker:
Also you may notice Freddie's eye is white. Normally this would be strange considering the battle graphics being black and white, at least for vanilla UNDERTALE. In Fabled Mistakes however, the battle screen resembles Earthbound more than UNDERTALE, having full color and trippy backgrounds.

The song in general:
This took me way too long to do, mostly due to events in life and school. I also had really low motivation working on this for some reason. I really wanted this to be as good as possible, and maybe I felt I couldn't bring it up to my expectations? I really don't know, but honestly, I'm really happy with how this came out. A version two is likely, but after this I think I need a bit of a break.

So yeah, I decided to make a Fabled Mistakes Sixbones theme. This was really fun to make! While Sixbones/Sickslams isn't canon to Fabled Mistakes, I wouldn't say its impossible. Then again, the said could be said for vanilla Undertale as well.

Expect updates to Fabled Mistakes tracks in the future by the way. I'm slowly learning how to mix a bit better, and I figured updating older tracks would be a good idea. Until then, I'll be uploading projects like this.

Yep, Prompto is Asriel in this AU, for those who didn't know. Both him and Dahvie fell from the surface world at a young age, and both were raised by the Scarlet King Albert.

Yep, this Megalo is back.

This Megalo was originally one for both me and my boyfriend. We've been dating since the release of version 1 of this track. However, due to our constant jokes about Phil Swift, it slowly became a Flex Tape Megalo.

I consider Phil Swift to be Chara, and me and my boyfriend as the role of Sans, so technically this is a self insert Megalo.

FINAL PHILOSOPHY [Version 3]

Description:
Oh boy, here they are.
I wanted to do this for a while, and now that it's here, I'm pretty happy with it. The original felt kinda empty, and the instrumentation was really bad, so I felt a second version was necessary.

I think there will come a time in the future where Fabled Mistakes gets a small reboot, changing some roles up again and whatnot. I'm not too sure yet, and to be fair, it would only be one major role and a few minor roles that I'd change. Dahvie and Freddie will be the same, and so will Dark Matter. If you haven't guessed already, Dark Matter replaces the Gaster Blasters. He doesn't have much of a personality, but he is in fact sentient.

Snoild was a huge help, and you can read what he did to the song down below.

[Fabled Mistakes] FREAKSHOW {Version 2}

How creative, I'm starting off another AU with a "sans." track.

Yeah, I've been thinking about this for a while. Now while Fabled Mistakes and this kinda go hand-in-hand, this AU more or less pokes fun of itself rather than other AUs. 

About the AU itself, Hannibal Buress is Sans. I was going to make Eric Andre Sans, however, I felt like making the main character Sans was an overused trope. Ultimately, I feel Hannibal fits the role of Sans a lot more than Eric does, so the idea stuck.

So uh, yeah, that's all I have to say. Hope you guys enjoy this AU!

Yeah, I think I've said before that Fabled Mistakes was being rebooted. For those who don't know, Prompto from FFXV is Asriel in this AU, and was considered the next king of the Underground. He was trained by The Globgogabgalab in the ways of royalty, however, a tragic event had ended his life.

The only evidence found was large slash mark on a nearby wall where his body was found. Who could have done this?

This was my first Hopes and Dreams mix, and needless to say I'm pretty proud with how this came out! Hopefully I have time this summer to pump out more of these, because they're really fun to make.

[Fabled Mistakes: Sweet and Sour] Mana and Broken Limits

Hey everyone. I should probably update you guys as to what's happening.

This summer is gonna be a bit tough for me in terms of Soundcloud content. I'm going to be getting a job this summer, as well as getting my license. On top of that, I'm not able to access Discord. The only thing I can use to access Soundcloud is my school chromebook, and it's very limited, meaning Discord is blocked. But that issue may be resolved fairly easily, as with a job and whatnot I can pay for a new phone and download the app.

Now for any AU tracks, don't worry. They'll still be coming out, just not as frequently as I thought. Fabled Mistakes: Sweet and Sour, and The Eric Andre Show: Cancelled are still up and running, however, Melodies Fallen is on a hiatus for a bit. I've lost interest in the AU, but I'm not giving it up just yet. I plan on making a Megalo for Melodies Fallen, and I want that to be the first track I release this summer, besides Mana and Limits Broken of course.

Well, I'm finally back!

Yeah I know, it's been awhile. Most of the reason I've been gone is because of work, school, ect.

Anyhow, I'm kicking off my return with the reveal of a new AU, going by the name Underswap: Rose. Yeah I know, Underswap takes are a bit overdone, though I've wanted to do one for a while now, and I want to make this one unique.

I think my mixing has improved a bit since the last time I've used FL Studio, but eh I don't know.

Yeah, I've been meaning to update Syndramatic for awhile now. Glad I finally got around to it. I think this'll be the one Megalo I actually go back and rework every once in awhile. Everyone has their own variation of what an Underswap Megalo would sound like, but I always feel most either sound "too good", or take too many elements from Bonetrousle. The later isn't so much a negative, but in the context of Underswap being an actual game, it would be kinda weird considering Sans would have a theme with some of those same elements. Just a personal nitpick, don't mind me lol.
