Eiskalte Einsamkeit 

Zeitweise fühle ich mich unendlich allein. Dieses Gefühl ist intensiv, stechend und kristallklar wie das frisch geschliffene Blatt einer rasiermesserscharfen Klinge. Meine Einsamkeit hat sich ganz langsam eingeschlichen. Anfangs war es nicht mehr als eine einzelner Gedanke, genauer gesagt eine Frage, bin ich einsam? 
Damals fand ich umgehend und ein wenig entsetzt über mich selbst direkt eine Antwort. Natürlich bin ich nicht einsam! Ich habe eine intakte und liebenswerte Familie, tolle Freunde & Bekannte und einen Partner den ich über alles liebe. 
Doch nun war die Saat gelegt und der Funke des Zweifels in mir entfacht. Immer öfter stellte ich mir nun diese Frage. Über die Zeit kam die Antwort nicht mehr so selbstverständlich und wie aus der Pistole geschossen. Nun fielen mir auch gute Gründe ein, warum ich zeitweise einsam war. Sei es aufgrund des angespannten gesellschaftlichen Klimas, der um sich greifenden Inflation oder auch meiner Vorliebe für entspannte Abende in den heimischen Vierwänden. Ich kam zu dem Schluss, dass vor allem die Ängste die eiskalte und schmerzhafte Einsamkeit befeuern und unterstützen. Die Angst davor mein Innerstes mit meiner Umwelt zu teilen. Die Angst davor einfach das auszusprechen, was mir gerade auf der Seele brennt. Die Angst vor den Konsequenzen eines authentischen Lebens. Ich kam zu dem Schluss, dass der Schlüssel zur Bezwingung meiner ungewollten Einsamkeit, der Mut ist. 

Der Podcast von Kollektiv Sheesh erstrahlt in einem lebensfrohen und vielfältigen Klanggewand. Wenn man es nicht besser wüsste, könnte man glatt vermuten, es handelt es um einen durchgehenden und stundenlang andauernden Song. Innerhalb der 3 Stunden und 7 Minuten wird das gesamte Spektrum menschlicher Emotionen und Gefühlswelten adressiert. Auf ausgelassene Heiterkeit folgt schwermütige Melancholie. Kraftvolle Wut wird abgelöst von der Furcht, dass es bald vorbei sein könnte. Freude vertreibt den Ärger und der Hörer bleibt glücklich und um einige Erfahrungen reicher, zurück.
