I am a classically trained violinist and pianist living in Galway, Ireland.
I have been playing since the age of eight, and my first real taste of live music performance came at sixteen years old when I joined ‘Run For Cover’, a folk rock band based on my home island, Jersey. I performed at venues across Jersey with the band before moving to the UK to continue my classical training.
After achieving a First Class degree in Music Performance, I relocated to Birmingham and worked as a peripatetic violin teacher. I also played the violin in the Nero String Quartet, one of the most in demand wedding and function quartets in the UK.
Since moving to Galway, I have joined ‘The Heard’, an Alternative/Pop/Rock band based in Co.Clare.
