By the sound of the bell, you are compelled to fall into a deep sleep. You find yourself walking alone in a dense jungle. In the distance, you hear deep djembe drums echoing in a hypnotic, monotonous rhythm. Birds around you sing their songs, and you march onward, not knowing where your path leads. Yet, you feel drawn to a mysterious source of energy. Then, the sound of marching drums reaches your ears, reminiscent of desperate soldiers heading towards an uncertain destination. Fear starts to creep in, but soon, you reach the edge of the forest.

Ahead lies light, and suddenly, you are in a meadow where a vibrant celebration is taking place. A wave of endless energy overwhelms you. The djembes shift their rhythm into an inviting, joyous dance tune, and you are invited to join in. However, as the celebration comes to an end, you must journey back through the jungle. Your mind and heart are enlightened, and as the bell rings again, you realize you have lost your inner fear.
