"Lue OTTiI" is a Southern rapper who was formally a singer until 1994 when he listened to a group called BONE THUGS-N-HARMONY for the first time. Upon listening to this group "Lue OTTiI" became more and more interested and decided to switch his focus to rap. And with his older cousins already in the industry (Juicy J,Project Pat, and Mystikal) who have also made their marks in the industry. “Lue OTTi” made a vow to do the same
Coming up with a legit name was not a cakewalk for the young artist, but he eventually came up with the name "Lue OTTi" . 

Not many understood why he chose "Lue OTTi" as a name, so he explained to all those who asked that he would be bringing something new & out of this world to his genre, a twist one would say.
"Lue OTTi" started small writing lyrics and creating beats in his head to many of his tracks. While finding himself as a rapper "Lue OTTi" bettered himself by listening to other artist such as Twista, Ludacris, 50 Cent, Young Jeezy, etc. He also performed in numerous talent shows where he placed 1st and 2nd on occasion.
In 2007, "Lue OTTi" joined a independent promotion company by the name of RTLD MEDIA LLC then departed from the company in 2012.  
By 2012 he registered with BMI as a (Artist,Songwriter,Producer,& Publisher)with the names"Lue OTTi" / "Luey Rio". He has put out numerous of mixtapes /albums throughout the years.He also have been feat in a numerous of shows all over the state and done features for a lot of Local Artist. As a songwriter he has wrote over 3,000-5,000 songs (Hip-Hop,Pop,Country,Blues,an R&B)for Himself,Locals/Major artist that he hopes to work with in the near future. In 2010 he join teams with a Indie Label/Promotion Company based out of Philly by the name of "RMF" (RESPECT MY FRESH). By 2011 he became a part of one of the BIGGEST Indie Labels out of Atlanta Georgia called "M.M.I"(MAKING MOVES INC) own by Rapper/CEO BoomMan who currently has signed artist Roscoe Dash an Producers K.E On Da Track.

"Lue OTTi" (Founder/CEO )  also form his own company called  S.T.I.R GANG INC™.  A movement/company created for the male/female hustlers of the streets/business world.   As an Artist/Songwriter/Producer/CEO he understands that he has a long journey ahead of him.  So by knowing that he's focus an always humble.
