Due to public demand it is finally time to share this with you guys: we are proud to present to you our Set from Sisyphos! 🫨

It is no secret that we both (Andi and Philipp) love to play afterhours gigs! It gives us the chance to reconnect to genres that slided in the background in public and for us. That’s why this set is certainly different in terms of style and groove - so we tried to spin some funky tunes!

DJing it during a magical morning in Kaschemme, this set is packed with soulful beats and infectious rhythms that will get you moving from sunrise to sunset. ☀️

Was vor zwei Jahren mit einem Set auf einer wunderschönen Bühne begann wurde zu einer wirklich intensiven Planungs- und Aufbauphase in Lärz und führte dazu, dass ich dieses Jahr Teil der Seebühnen Crew werden durfte. Danke an alle tolle Menschen vom Skandlös & Horst Blau für eure herzliche Aufnahme und das Vertrauen, dass ich den neu gestalteten Schuhkarton eröffnen durfte. Es war genial und so schön, das Fusion Opening für eine solche wunderbare Crew zu spielen - und was soll ich sagen: es wurde ein fuckin' crazy Sauna Ritt. Ich hoffe ich kann mit diesem Set etwas Liebe (und Schweiß) an die wilde Meute zurück geben 💦

All das und viele weitere Erlebnisse machen diese Fusion für mich zu was ganz Einmaligem und ich werde die Erinnerungen daran im Herzen behalten. Auf alte sowie neue Freundschaften, die Mutter aller Festivals & 25 weitere Jahre! 🥂

Trotz der ungefragt schwierigsten Zeit meines Lebens bin ich unsagbar happy für diesen wunderschönen Wellengang und Eifel-Eskapismus auf dem zweiten Wochenende des Zugvögel Festivals 24 - diese emotionale Ambivalenz hat sich glaube ich auch in der Selektion bissi wiedergespiegelt. An die Edgelords, -ladys und -inbetweens da draußen: JA SORRY, Homogenität (ganz im Gegensatz zur Homosexualität) ist einfach schon auch manchmal bissi überbewertet und die Welle hier war komplett improvisiert - Also stay gay, do crime und umarme den Dark Disco auch dann wenn er dich mit Nelly Furtado betrügt ☄️ 

Aussicht: Heterogene Synthwaves mit dunklen Wogen, Edit-Bängern und israelischem Indie Dance. Kann Spuren von Emotionen und E-Gitarren enhalten. 🐳

Playing at one of my favorite festivals was an absolute dream. 
Huge thanks to everyone who danced with me through the heat! Special shoutout to @arturo_mp3 for the vent that saved me from melting.

We faced some technical issues with the volume, but I hope you still enjoy the recording.

Woaah, that was quiet intense! Thanks for all the people who danced with me through the rain, I really enjoyed this special closing at this lovely festival! 

Thanks to @sahrabass for writing and recording the lovely intro story for the set and the outro track (which we developed together for last years @bassaramusic gig - we hope to release that soon!). 

Lots of love to @iva-bodul for beeing such a good travel buddy, helping me when preparing my set, giving me feedback and drinks, dancing, laughing and everything <3! 

Thanks to all the artists which I had the fun of collaborating with (@lask_aa, @iva-bodul, @latenightjockelsession, @seniorcitizen_wav and some more) or whose work I used for my edits!

When we arrived on sunday, it was all (still) a summer(nights) dream on the island and I enjoyed checking out all the places (and especially the funky float I should do the closing on on monday). As the weather forecasts seem to manifest on some heavy temperature drop and rain, I was a little bit nervous how that will work out with the setting on/by the water.
When I woke up on monday I read the message that my gig was moved to the Creatures Corner - which was in fact the best thing that could happen to me (so for that - thanks to the weather gods ;)). I really love that stage, the crew who build it, the soundsystem and the whole setting <3!

Manchmal passiert es einfach: Ein Moment, ein Raum, eine Menge – und alles schwingt im perfekten Einklang. Genau das durfte ich bei dieser 3-stündigen Expedition erleben. Der Floor? Voller Resonanz. Die Raver? Lächelnd, liebevoll, vibrierend. Das Closing? Heiße als meine kühnsten Vorstellungen!
Für mich ist der Südpol etwas ganz besonders, einer der wenigen stabilen Orte die es noch gibt, in denen ich mich uneingeschränkt wohl und immer direkt zu Hause fühle.

Manche sagen, „This was one for the books.“ Ich sage: Das war was fürs Herz. 🖤
