A therapist isn't a person who just talks to you, tells you a shitload of things you should fix about yourself. Not someone who gives you pills and expects you to get better like that. It's someone who makes you happy. Someone who's been through a lot of things and actually understands how you feel and why you feel like that. You dont have to know them in real life or be able to talk to them. You just have to know, there's someone who's been through the exact same, has felt the same, and look at him now. You can do this too. Don't you dare say or think; 'Fuck no, i can't, i'm weak, i can not do this anymore with all this going on'. You can. You will.
