A drinking song about the party of the year in my little north-western village in Germany: The "Scheibenschießen".
It's an ancient folk festival about shooting at a disk to find a winner. He's called shooter's king for a year. We have this party in Winter, because some 100 years ago the people were so poor, they worked abroad in the summer. Most other villages changed the date of their "Schützenfest" to the summer at some point, but, what can I say, they're that conservative at home ;-)
