Será que é porque o governo quer o nosso bem? Os políticos estão preocupados com a verdade? O Estado resolveu incluir entre suas atribuições burocráticas também uma preocupação com nossos sentimentos? Flavio Morgenstern explica o truque no seu podcast preferido.

Tudo o que estamos testemunhando é apenas uma narrativa tosca para aumentar o sentido das palavras de maneira artificial. Tudo vira ofensa. Tudo é violência. Tudo é extrema direita. Tudo é ataque. Tudo é antidemocrático. Tudo é algo "perigoso".

E como combatemos coisas perigosas? Exatamente: aumentando e concentrando ainda mais o poder dos já poderosos. Criando um Estado policial. Abrindo as portas da ditadura. Destruindo as parcas liberdades da democracia liberal e criando um Leviatã moderno milhares de vezes pior.

Flavio Morgenstern explica a manobra lingüística aplicada pelos nossos tiranetes e também como as pessoas estão ficando cada vez mais estúpidas enquanto se sentem cada vez mais ofendidas - e INVENTANDO ofensas para garantir que terão mais poder de calar discordantes e inimigos.
