Luigi Grillone, aka Luj the Admiral, was born in Reggio Calabria on August 14 of '76 and starts music fans just nine years with the instrument is the keyboard that by listening to the numerous and endless vinyl from his father (in those time speaker on local radio). At 15 he makes his first experiences as a DJ at parties for friends and 16 years participated in the first Dj Contest at  Limoneto disco of Reggio Calabria, finishing first in qualifying phase and then placing fourth in the final stage. 
Since then becomes the shoulder of the most famous DJ in his city as the brothers Sanfilippo (Gianni and Marcello), Marco Cinquini, Andrea Clemente, Filippo Lo Presti, Ermanno Degrazia and Gabriele Boracchi aka Gabriel Cage ... moving in this way its early stages of clubs within the city. 
In 1992 he also radio experience. 
Encounter with the director of Radio StudioUno Broadcasting, Nuccio De Benedetto, was born the project "StudioUno mania" radio program revealed one of the most listened “In the Strait”. 
At the age of majority is forced to put aside the tools of the trade to take 
military career to become a officer of the Italian Coast Guard. 
After a long stop lasted 13 years, which however has never abandoned the idea of DJing in 2007 goes back into play, this time in the role of Producer as well as DJ. 
In the summer of 2007 he attended the second edition of "Dj & Producer Contest 2007" national event organized by and NOTTEINSONNE Mediakademy collaboration with Trend magazine and M2O, with a jury composed of excellence by Gianni De Luise, Massimo Cominotto Jois Audino and Domenico Augliera coming in the final with the song "Blue Inside". 
In the 'autumn of that year by the American label DanceRecords produces some song that will subsequently be distributed and sold in digital, the best E-store network. 
In 2008, however, creates its first EP "Italians do it better" with six songs and produced by the Italian label Dedalosound. 
In the same year he collaborated with two major radio networks: 
RadioEsse-inserted into the circuit pattern (the top 100 best radio DJ for the 100 Italian terms Dance / House), with the program EsseDance protagonist along with Alex Natale; 
-SpaceRadioNetwork, with the program HousePassion Mix. 
Whether in the summer of 2008 and 2009, the admiral, we try the third and fourth edition of the above Contest winning in both editions, two second places with the tracks "Goodbye PJ" and "Traformation. 
Award-nominated 2008 "Nomination Nu Generation" for the magazine Trend, New Talent Dj Section from 2009 becomes resident DJ of HouseStyle, organization of musical events purely Minimal Techno in Reggio Calabria and that led him to perform in the best clubs the city. 
With his sets, basic techno, can quickly fall in love to the people housestyle and more ... .. 
Indeed, the summer of 2009 begins an important partnership with AFC, the largest organization of industry events in Sicily, playing the best clubs in Sicily with artists likes of Danny Tanaglia, Richie Hawtin, Stewie Lawler, Jeff Samuel, Anja Schneider, Paolo Martini , Marco Carola, Coccoluto, Ralf, Magda, Carl Cox, Sven Vath, Anthea, Laura Jones, Steve Bug, Alex Neri, Ricardo Villalobos, Paul Ritch, Nick Warren and many others.
