Gab Rhome is known for dreamy and melodic music. His productions have appeared on top labels, including All Day I Dream, Anjunadeep, Kindisch and Last Night on Earth. On this EP, Rhome presents four first-class remixers. Alongside him, Raidho, Marco Tegui, Lee Jones and Canson demonstrate what convincing dance floor hymns sound like. „Motel California“ radiates with pulsating drums and decent vocals. Raidho grasps the various elements perfectly, while Marco Tegui skillfully reduces the tempo and presents a wonderful downtempo track. „Miami Rice“ turns elegantly with percussions and harmonic instruments. Lee Jones transforms the track in his usual manner into a weightless harmony carrier. The perfect closer is delivered by Canson, who leads from melodic beauty to deep calm. The six tracks are full of surprises and rhythmic contour, inviting us to the dance floor without detours.

The "Hidden Arcadia" series has seen Erdi Irmak curate a wonderful collection of music. Now entering its third incarnation, a pair of brand-new original tracks are paired with two outstanding new remixes courtesy of UK and Argentinean artists.

Adding to a five-year long association with the flagship imprint and burgeoning portfolio of original tracks under the "Hidden Arcadia" banner, "Awakening" is a typically immaculate affair. Full of intricate rhythms and rolling groove that takes its influence from Irmak's Turkish origins, a series of grooved motifs and chords play across the mid-range before a meandering lead line and sublime keys add multiple layers of textured melody. Evolving throughout, Irmak's craftmanship and musical ability are in full view. "Reflection" continues the same rhythmic palette as its predecessor, but a laid-back percussive cadence and languid melodic overtones provide an apt aural representation of the title. A rich bass groove carries the track hypnotically forward as a flowing lead line supplies an intelligent musical narrative given electronic context with its background of cadenced chords.

Through their work with the ground-breaking Oleeva Records, Tom Chambers and Will Spence have created a model that merges the twin concepts of music and art into a single symbiotic whole. At the vanguard of the electronica and deep house scene, the duo's Kotu production moniker has seen their production talent on full display. Through a belief in the "mysterious, often unexplainable power of music and sound", Kotu have found themselves regulars on the likes of Nie Wieder Schlafen, Dream Culture and Anjunadeep, supported by a growing body of A-list DJs that include Joris Voorn, Nick Warren and Maceo Plex. Making their Proton Music debut, the Kotu remix takes the central motif of "Endless Way" and transforms the original by creating a beautifully meandering freeform melody that captures the ethnic themes of the original in new organic instrumentation. Wrapped in an immaculately crafted rhythmic groove, the track rises and falls with consummate ease to create a stunning new interpretation.

Matias Chilano is no stranger to success in the world of underground dance, quickly finding an outlet for his creative talents with support from iconic fellow Argentinean, Hernan Cattaneo. DJ performances across his homeland alongside Nick Warren, Cid Inc. and Quivver have seen Chilano build an impressive fanbase as production work in tandem has seen him release music on a host of blue-chip imprints that include the likes of Movement Recordings, Balkan Connection and Juicebox Music. Making his Proton Music debut in April 2019 remixing Huminal's "Macropsia", Matias Chilano now turns his attention to Erdi Irmak's "Echoes in Time" with suitable aplomb. Retaining themes that resonate throughout the original, Chilano's skill is to create a rich rhythmic framework from which a series of new melodic ideas flow. Introducing new motifs and phrases, these sit atop Irmak's textured pads and opulent sonic palette in majestic fashion.

New music from Erdi Irmak plus remixes from Kotu and Matias Chilano find true poetic harmony in sound and vision.

Get Physical Music is proud to present the seventh edition of its much-loved ‘ Words Don’t Come Easy’ album. Aside from teaser singles from Zosia and Cook Strummer, all tracks are new and exclusive and really make a lasting emotional impression.

Get Physical launched the ‘Words Don’t Come Easy’ series back in 2014 to give voice to the vocal led musical gems that were finding their way to the label. There have been 6 previous chapters now, each building on the last, with an expanding collection of heartfelt electronic songs.

It is Cook Strummer's gorgeous 'Rising' that starts things off in suitably deep and enchanting house fashion. Yola then keeps things perfectly horizontal with a rolling groove that is embellished with plaintive piano chords, acoustic guitars and thoughtful spoken words.

Madota & Sarïta link to perfection on 'Elegy', which is driven by a lush acoustic guitar loop and whispered, tender vocals. The cosy and intimate vibes continue through Érica & Pinaud's 'Paralellas', with its lazy and long legged drums and colourful sunset chords all sending shivers down your spine. It's the 'Honey' single from ZOSIA & Ana Shanti which then layers in rippling puddles of hang drum and finger clicks to sink you further into a blissful reverie, and Felix Raphael's 'Secondary Thoughts' is seven superbly sensitive minutes of spacious deep house that has heartfelt vocals, twinkling keys and soft, cuddly drums.

S.E.T.'s excellent 'Fly' (Electronica Version) offers broken downtempo beats that have exquisite Balearic vibes in the warm chords and shimmering keys, and last of all Deleted Soul offers 'Little Havana', a
dreamy and dubbed out track of wide open spaces that has gentle bass guitar and soothing singing all bringing this most magical collection to a close.

This is a serious emotive and classy compilation of musical late night 
grooves.
