Gab Rhome is known for dreamy and melodic music. His productions have appeared on top labels, including All Day I Dream, Anjunadeep, Kindisch and Last Night on Earth. On this EP, Rhome presents four first-class remixers. Alongside him, Raidho, Marco Tegui, Lee Jones and Canson demonstrate what convincing dance floor hymns sound like. „Motel California“ radiates with pulsating drums and decent vocals. Raidho grasps the various elements perfectly, while Marco Tegui skillfully reduces the tempo and presents a wonderful downtempo track. „Miami Rice“ turns elegantly with percussions and harmonic instruments. Lee Jones transforms the track in his usual manner into a weightless harmony carrier. The perfect closer is delivered by Canson, who leads from melodic beauty to deep calm. The six tracks are full of surprises and rhythmic contour, inviting us to the dance floor without detours.

R.I.P Bestia returns to Natura Sonoris with another euphoric EP. Titled ´African Burial Ceremony´, it consists of two beautifully nuanced originals and of an evocative Henry Saiz remix. ´Dreamlike melody meets all-enveloping atmospheres´ is how you could briefly describe the title track. It has a hypnotic tribal groove, which pulsates with subtleties and instruments, setting the tone for the chanting voices you hear throughout. It´s soft, it´s warm, it´s inviting but also musically rich, club driven and overall utterly satisfying. A second original of the EP, ´Own Empire´, is a more uptempo and faster-paced piece curated by powerful beats, spell-binding synthlines, enchanting vocals and acidic basslines turning the track into a real trip that will sink you into a fantasy state. Elegant and swirling, it will make you move whether you wanted or not. Last but not least is Henry Saiz´s take on ´African Burial Ceremony´ who crafted an organic, driving track lead by the original tribal layers, magical chimes, elegant drum fills and lush distorted vocals that guide us to the deepest corners of our minds. Saiz´s use of sonics has always been meticulous and sophisticated, always unfolding his signature touch, and this remix is no exception. He takes the natural tribal rhythm and enriches it with his own unique magic creating a truly psychedelic adventure and taking us deep into a mystical valley of cosmic delights and eclipsed totalities. This EP will no doubt leave a long-lasting impression on the many dancefloors it will effortlessly mesmerize.
