I'm deeply honoured to have crafted an ecstatic dance set for the Energy In Motion crew as part of their Feminine Compass polarity series at the Centre of You in Prahran, Melbourne.

This set celebrates the myriad facets of feminine expression, weaving together flowing cycles, emotions, chaos, beauty, and creation. It takes you on a multi-layered journey that builds energy and delves into the beauty of the feminine.

Sweet Eros - Sensual Play Party

As the longest night of the year unfolds, we gathered as a community to honour the depth of our inner worlds and the promise of renewal.
An evening of soulful celebration — where the spirit of the solstice met the heartbeat of community.

We Indulged in the warmth of sacred cacao at the bar, igniting the senses and connecting our earth’s abundance.

We where guided through somatic movement, releasing layers held in the body, before we surrounded to the rhythms of the ecstatic dance journey shedding the old and awaken the light within.

As the night softened, the sound healing carried us inward, soothing the nervous system and inviting deep integration.

Together, we weaved a night of remembrance, reverence, and radiant transformation.

This was Ecstasis.

Did you know Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAPs) have recently been the subject of multiple congressional hearings? This song brings the surreal reality of the unexplained to the dance floor utilizing quotes from journalist Jeremy Corbell combined with audio samples from the actual government footage of UAPs(UFOs) Nimitz chase. Scott has been the designer for over 25 UFO documentary movie posters including all of Jeremey's feature films and brings his collaboration full circle with 'UAP FYI'.

Giyo - Petrichor
Today I'm 37 years old, and I wanted to celebrate my birthday by releasing a track.
"Petrichor": the smell of rain when it first begins to fall on dry ground.

One of my favourite smells, and a very nostalgic one. 
It brings back memories that you thought were long forgotten.
A cool breeze on a warm summer evening  that carries the scent of rain to come. 

I've had a stressful few months for a variety of reasons, enough stress that it affected my ability to make music and I went through a horrible period of extreme writer's block and self sabotage. 

My mood was as black as the night sky and my music was showing it, too. 
I started to write, ruin, destroy and finally delete everything I worked on. My diary took a hammering, too.

I don't really know how Petrichor came to be, I just smelled it on the air one evening and felt a calm wash over me.

I hope you enjoy it and I hope it brings you some calm if you need it.

Happy Autumnal Equinox all! In celebration of the length of the day being equal to the length of the night, as well as the arrival of a new earth season in the astrological sign of Libra, I present a curated setlist that encompasses a balance of light and dark. 

Expect a soundscape that weaves nourishing medicine music, to floaty melodic beats, to deep tribal bass and back again with a sprinkling of live instrumentation (unfortunately not included in the recording here).
