Already doing the rounds and the damage for a while, Unleashed Tapes Vol. 1 is finally officially available. A special treat from the Tiger's lair with a different and darker twist, that seeks out the darker and more dodgy discotheques on the side streets and in the backyards, where the trough has no flush and the mirror balls have never been cleaned. Automatic rhythms and electronic dancing sound made years after the future. Make up your own mind!

Delphi / Marco & Val - Unleashed Tapes Vol. 1 - T&W Records

French duo Kas:st line up the second part of their double EP, this time delivering a collection of remixes that includes the rhythm assault of Anetha’s version of ‘88.88’. 

A resident of Blocaus, Anetha has been a rising talent in the Paris scene who has released on Work Them Records, Anagram and Reclaim Your City. Now she steps up to offer her rendition of Kas:st’s ‘88.88’ by increasing the rhythm with a more prominent top end while letting the deep bass lay a foundation. 

Kas:st’s ‘Dysphoria I Euphoria’ was released at the tale end of 2016 and is given new life with the ‘Chapter 2’ remixes. Detroit DJ and producer Luke Hess also offers his expertise as well as Setaoc Mass and AWB.

‘Dysphoria I Euphoria (Chapter 2)’ is released via Flyance Records.

Rapid Eye Movement is an interesting new label project that start things off with a wonderful wax entry from the owners themselves known as VII Circle.

The launch release Archetype has a deep and soulful core, where the original tracks are full of atmosphere and emotion. Subtle, moody and stripped back allowing elements to breathe, they hold up to the notion that less is more.

The first of two remixes is from Amsterdam based Keith Carnal who brings his Midas touch and to no surprise, delivers the goods.

Farrago is a name change of a Belgian artist who is really stepping up to the plate and showing his worth. His take on “Alpha” was our choice for this DT:Premiere as he throws caution to the wind and makes a storming rework. Creating a perfect storm of tough beats and harmonic synth lines, the eerie and gothic style will definitely pick up a dedicated following of Techno heads…
