Burning House - Post Party Stress Disorder (SUNDANCE Remix)

Brighton four-piece Let The Machines Do The Work have been making some serious waves since their recent inception. Already talked about as the freshest electronic collective since Rudimental topped the charts, LTMDTW are ready to release 'Let Me Be The One' on 30th September via Champion. 

'Let Me Be The One' is a hurtling locomotive of a track, complete with a soul-flavoured conductor; all 6ft 8" of him. Screw-face basslines aside, vocalist Louis Howard Jones ensures 'Let Me Be The One' is sat in a league of it's own with a distinctive honey-coated voice that ties LTMDTW's sound together and wraps it with punchy, analogue-fuelled character. By taking a live approach to making music, LTMDTW clash analogue and digital equipment with elements of house, techno, soul and disco to craft that elusive human edge often lacking in modern dance music. Influenced by everyone from Kraftwerk to Maurice Fulton via Loefah and Boddika, LTMDTW, compromised of founding members Al Cowan and Jimmy Day plus Alex Over and the aforementioned giant Louis, are ready to let the music do the talking. And with tracks as strong as this, there's no stopping them.

The first relese to kick off Clubwerks, Origami Sound's imprint dedicated to distinctive, genre-free club material is by a 19 year old French prodigy who grew up in Manchester and is currently studying Jazz Performance at the prestigious Julliard University in NYC - JAONA, one of the most exciting producers to join our crew of hugely gifted new talent.

The difference between average producers and great ones consists in knowing how to arrange melodic and rhythmic stimuli in extraordinary ways; our boy JAONA is a champion at conjuring the most refined sensorial scenery inside each of his tracks and have fun with it too. All the music on this EP is entirely stand-alone, furiously creative and catchy in the most subtle ways.

This mini-album should be more than enough to get an idea of what Clubwerks is about.

Last year Adana Twins (together with Doctor Dru) were responsible for the most successful tune on Exploited: "JUICY FRUIT" - a slo-mo housed-up boogie-soul joint that found appreciation from a variety of DJs including the likes of Axel Boman, Round Table Knights, Solomun, A-Trak and many more. 
Now the boys return with yet another hit: "EVERYDAY" is an updated version of a New Jack Swing Classic that has been getting a lot of support by Solomun of late.
