Coming back to Retreat Yourself this year, having last performed at the festival in 2019, we were taken aback with the evolution of this unique event. The energy we experienced throughout was so open and affirming and creative and we tried to reflect this in our set on the Saturday evening. 

Huge thanks to the amazing and talented crew that curated everything. The stage and sound and lighting were world class and playing to this beautiful crowd full of affirmation was just the best way to bring down the curtain on a memorable festival season.

It was insane !!! So happy to see all of you again and having this crazy night together. The vibe was just mindblowing and it was getting soooo hot.... Destination Escalation with some of my alltime favourite Tracks.
And another big thanks to chef for letting it going a bit longer and the whole team for always having us 🙏🏽

On the 16th of December 2017 in a castle outside of Stockholm, a group of mythical people from the North, gathered to celebrate their fairy tale legends... this special night, their invisible inner sago creatures came out and met in the mystical dance.
Through galactic dust and Morpheus, the message had reached the heart of the saga tellers, to open the gates and create their powerful magic in this darkest time of the year.
The story of the star, Ras Gamal, has been resonating through the cosmos since the star emerged for the first time. Eons have passed since the star was in orbit around the earth, but friends, fantasy creatures, star siblings - now it's back!

Lukas Hert, znany jako Łukasz Serce to wrocławski redaktor, artysta oraz DJ – dobrze zagra i napisze dobry tekst – Pascal i Machiavelli w jednym. Muzyka elektroniczna pojawiła się w jego życiu wraz z fascynacją twórczością Jeana Michel Jarre’a. Po przejściu przez okres punkowego buntu, przyszedł czas na techno. Pierwsze numery kręcił z kaset i płyt kompaktowych. Z czasem odnalazł miłość w czarnych, grubych płytach. Kilka lat po winylowej inicjacji powiązał się z gnieźnieńskim klubem DMD – mekką artystów i wszelkich wariatów. Po 2005 roku dołączył do wrocławskiego kolektywu Reaktor, dzięki któremu gościł na większości lokalnych imprez i obleciał wszystkie legendarne kluby. Podróż po kolejnych miejscach wiązała się z odkrywaniem nowej muzyki i przejściem od tekkno i goa-trance po house i techno. W roku 2011 zawiesił działalność. 
Rok 2017 jest odrodzeniem tego artysty – ponownie wszedł na scenę z nową energią. Serwuje swojej publice mieszankę house’u, tech-house’u i czystego techno. Usłyszycie też u niego czasem minimalistyczne kompozycje, dzięki wpływom starych przyjaciół. Jeśli jeszcze nie wiecie kim jest Lukas Hert – po prostu przyjdźcie posłuchać tego, co poda wam ze swoich czarnych tac.
