Der Klimawandel und die damit verbundenen Folgen für die Gesundheit sollen im Medizinstudium stärker vermittelt werden.

Die geplante Klinikreform wird in den kommenden Monaten zwischen Bund und Ländern verhandelt – Expert:innen und Krankenkassen fordern eine wirkliche Reform und keine Einigung auf den kleinsten gemeinsamen Nenner.

Vor drei Jahren trat der erste Fall von COVID-19 in Deutschland auf – nach der Pandemie stellt sich die Frage, wie künftig besonders gefährdete Gruppen geschützt werden können.

In den ärztlichen Praxen werden hochsensible Gesundheitsdaten verwaltet – deshalb soll die IT-Sicherheit von Praxisverwaltungssystemen PVS analysiert werden.

Richtlinie zur Datensicherheit der Praxis-IT
IT-Systeme und sensible Daten in den Praxen noch besser schützen: Das ist eines der Ziele der IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinie, die die KBV erstellt hat. So sollen klare Vorgaben dabei helfen, Patientendaten noch sicherer zu verwalten und Risiken wie Datenverlust oder Betriebsausfall zu minimieren.

Weiterhin hat die KBV eine Richtlinie für die Zertifizierung von Dienstleistern beschlossen, die die Ärzte in IT-Sicherheitsfragen beraten und die Vorgaben der IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinie umsetzen.

Gesundheitscoaching und Kinderschmerztherapie: Innovationsausschuss empfiehlt Ergebnistransfer in die Regelversorgung

Der Innovationsausschuss beim Gemeinsamen Bundesausschuss (G-BA) hat erneut Beschlüsse zu beendeten Förderprojekten gefasst und auf seiner Website veröffentlicht. Er legt jeweils dar, ob und inwieweit die erprobten Ansätze in die Versorgung überführt werden sollten beziehungsweise wie mit den gewonnenen Erkenntnissen umzugehen ist. Bei den folgenden Transferempfehlungen werden Organisationen und Institutionen im Gesundheitswesen gebeten, diese innerhalb ihrer Zuständigkeit zu berücksichtigen:

Das Projekt pAVK-TeGeCoach hatte erprobt, ob Versicherte mit einer peripheren arteriellen Verschlusskrankheit, die auch als Schaufensterkrankheit bezeichnet wird, von einem Gesundheitscoaching und einem telemetrisch gestützten Gehtraining profitieren.
Im Projekt SCHMERZ-NETZ wurde eine personalisierte sozialmedizinische Nachsorge für Kinder und Jugendliche entwickelt, die an schweren chronischen Schmerzen leiden.
