Here's my new single out on Desert Dwellers​' label Desert Trax. We put on a remix contest for this and the three winners are listed on Beatport (including 19-year-old Doan from Vietnam!), as well as a remix from Terrakroma​.  Especially when it’s drenched in reverb :) It's a Native American flute (F# Heart Chakra), I love playing this flute so much! The expansive venue enhanced the experience, as dancers moved freely under the open sky. Closing the event with healing sounds fostered a profound sense of unity and gratitude, leaving a lasting impact on the vibrant community.

Born in the unseeded Coast Salish territory called East Vancouver (by the colonizers), BC, Canada, Michael Mars Riel is Plains Cree and French on his Father Arthur’s side and Irish and Scottish on his Mother Susan’s side. Michael is a descendant of the leader of the Red River Resistance Louis Riel(look him up), who is a vital part of Canadian History. 

Michael or sometimes just Mars aka. Infinity Frequency has found joy in playing with sound since he was five, when his mother bought him his first ghetto blaster with a three band equalizer and a little casio synthesizer. Since then his curiosity regarding technology and sound has taken him on a journey through diverse investigations into various flavors of sounds and in their creation.

Michael has special place in his heart for creating an atmosphere of exploration; nurturing movement within space in the present moment, through the auditory experience. 

With great honor and appreciation for creators and listeners everywhere Mars shares his humble creations with gratitude.

Luke’s dynamic live act includes playing a mixture of electronic and acoustic music while mixing in multiple live wind instruments and live drumming. His lifelong devotion to community dance medicine started at age 14 in 1998 when he started to DJ at northwest USA raveriffic events! He then started touring the world and releasing hundreds of songs released with a large number of the biggest labels in the world like Selador, Desert Hearts, Digital Structures, Dreaming Awake, Desert Trax, Booka Shade Music. 

This is deep piscean scorpio music, sprinkled with unusual sounds, unexpected twists, eclectic mix of global sounds, various tempos and grooves. It reflects stories of love-driven culture and open-minded ideas.  Depending on the crowd, the sets can vary from being pretty and uplifting to deep, dark, and primal, although they typically feature melodic and atmospheric textures infused with a lot of emotion.  Luke also has a functional (natural, root cause) medicine practice as this weaves so beautiful with dance and music medicine. He helps people heal frequent issues of the gut, metabolism and tiredness.
