This is my remix of Ro-mina's dance track "Queen of the night" and my entry into the remix competition on Indaba where I came in the tp 10 of remixes. I got inspiration from many sources and have used the stems wisely. There's a bit of vocoding going on in there and I wuld wlcome any comments. This is my first entry in the Be Howard competitions hosted by Disclosure and has stretched me in many ways. The limited time meant getting ideas down quickly and not the hours of tweaking that I am prone to - probably for the better. In went safe and used lots of the bassline, chopped it a bit to the end and layered with some chords and samples. No matter how this turns out it's now my top track on soundcloud so I'm already winning.
