If you know r beny, you'll know where my inspiration came from here - even used a modified version of his Sequoia patch from the summit for the lead line. The Nord a1 comes in for the middle section, 3 synth lines combined plus some noise. Enjoy!

As you sit in a slightly shabby cybercafe in the rotting belly of Neo-Stuttgart, a tune comes over the braincast that is both familiar and novel.  It weaves together visions hope and sadness with trusses of steady chthonic thrumming. You swipe aside the doom-scrolling app from the augmented reality desktop that is painted directly on your cornea and let the repeating musical motifs of this curious stream take you whither they will.

Forty thousand years ago the magnetic field collapsed, as the poles wondered. Aurora can be seen every where, as the geomagnetic storms get worse. You are here witnessing lightning storms and sky is filled with strange colours.

Sometimes I try to remind myself that I don't always make music with synthesizers. This kind of thing comes out at those times.

This is tentatively celebrating the holiday season for 2017. It'll probably be the basis for something longer and more involved. For now it's light and happy and simple...and simple is what I was shooting for.
