FALLING APART (2012)

My first tune ever with STEREO SIDs aka 2x 8580 with filters and all + added HALL reverb to mix the output of the two chips.

The raw tune is 3+3 channels aka pure stereo, but I composed the tune with a Logitech G35 headset with surround/reverb enabled so they got mixed. That's the sound I have tried to emulate in my mix here, so you can gain the same experience with a normal Dolby Headset

"Ecliptic Waves" is a deep, immersive journey throught celestial soundspcapes and organic textures. Blending lush ambient layers, atmospheric pads, downtempo rhytms and expressive live guitar by Shambeer, the track evokes the feeling of drifting along cosmic tides. The interplay between electronic elements and emotive guitar lines creates a hypnotic fusion of the earthly and the ethereal - a meditative space where time slows, and the mind expands.

The 8-Bit Guy has just released his brand new RTS game for the Commodore 64. This is one of the idea sketches for a future port to MS-DOS where the intention is to have Roland MT-32 and Adlib music.
