Our second guest is DJ and producer Canelo, a rising talent in the underground music scene of Trujillo, Peru. As a resident DJ for WhyNot? Promote and with releases on respected labels such as NO PRESET (2023) and FINNEST (2024–2025), Canelo is making a strong mark on the local scene.

In 2023, he founded GroundSounds, a music studio that has quickly become a creative hub for emerging national talent in Peru.

Active since 2020, Canelo’s dedication and passion have earned him opportunities to share the stage with internationally renowned artists including WAFF, Dimmish, Detlef, Franky Rizardo, and many more.

Claudio Airaldi developed an early connection with music that would shape his path as an artist. From a young age, he immersed himself in a wide range of genres—an eclectic influence that now defines his unique style behind the decks.

Claudio’s sound moves with elegance and depth, flowing from groovy deep house to versatile shades of minimal deep tech and deep tech house. His sets are built with precision and sensitivity, creating immersive dancefloor experiences full of uplifting energy and subtle sophistication.

Since 2011, Claudio has been a key figure in northern Peru's electronic scene, collaborating with HCO Promote and performing at major local parties and branded events like Red Bull. As a music promoter and cultural contributor, he has represented the northern Peruvian sound across national festivals and international stages.

Throughout his career, Claudio has shared the booth with globally respected artists such as Kaiserdisco, Guti, Hector, Technasia, Piero Pirupa, David Squillace, Markus Fix, Karen Neumann, and James Teej. His presence has been felt at high-profile festivals and events including Vivo x el Rock, BudX Sessions, Corona Sunset, and standout international showcases like Actractive (Puerto Rico),  La Otra Esquina (Chile). Metatronica Festival (CA, USA), 10 mile music hall (CO, USA), Temple of Doof (UT, USA) 

Rooted in underground aesthetics yet adaptable to diverse audiences, Claudio Airaldi doesn't rely on mainstream hits to move a crowd. His sets are journeys—groovy, elegant, and deeply connected to the music lovers who truly listen.

Duplace, currently a resident of the Sindicato community in Lima, Peru, began his journey in 2012 as a resident DJ for Om Producciones, taking his music across the southern regions of the country. Since then, he has continued to refine and solidify his sonic identity within the realm of electronic music.

His versatility allows him to deliver an authentic musical vision, moving fluidly between genres such as electro, house, and techno, while exploring their more acidic facets and blending minimalism with melodic elements.
Duplace’s approach is defined by a fresh and dynamic energy, supported by a precise musical curation aimed at creating a meaningful and immersive experience for the listener.

Le Disque, is a back 2 back performance by the Rojas brothers. They focus their sound in the genres Disco & Funk House. Bringing a diferent groovy sound to the dancefloor of the Lima parties. 

Aiming to spread this type of sound on the Peruvian nightlife, they Co-created LIMA SELECTORS their party and radio show. In this 60 minute set, the will give you an immersive experience with their characteristic blend of House music infused in Disco and Funk.
