This song is a deep one, I wrote it about 7 months ago whilst I was working at my old job as a barista for an almost chain coffee shop. I hate it there the staff were sound but the pay was too low and the work was too hard and I felt unappreciated, I've recently changed jobs, I have more responsibilities in this one but the pay is better and I feel heard, at my old place I used to struggle to wake up at 7 a.m. for this job I am required to wake up at 6 a.m. I'm finding it so much easier to wake up and do my best for this job for the sole fact that I feel acknowledged. We should treat each other with respect it brings out the best of Us.

Every time my mates introduce me as an artist they say freestyle rapper because if you know me you know I spit 🔥🔥🔥 and more than once have I heard people say that my freestyle rapping is better than my actual music, I'd always take offence to that, for some reason I always felt like it meant  my Music is shit and my friends prefer it when I fuckabout on a beat, but in reality all it meant was that my freestyling was fire. I've started taking a new approach to recording songs, I used to put the beat on loop and just right from the beginning to the end coming up with the flows as I write, recently I started freestyling on the beat not focusing too hard on the lyrics but more on the flows and the energy and after I do that I try and match up words to The flows I came up with. one of the flows was a flow from a previous song that just worked too well in my opinion so I had to recycle it.
