The conversation about beauty is known to cause divisions and endless arguments in our society. I could have said what I think beauty is but still that would be just that "what i think" so with everyone lucky enough to come across this song I am glad they'll know that someone's opinion about how you look is worthless compared to what you feel and believe inside you. The only beautiful thing about beauty is that the big part of being beautiful comes from within. In this song I am basically trying to tell people that knowing that you're  beautiful and owning it is not only sexy but, it is also a superpower. The idea and the whole concept of this song came about while Lumakii and Lars were both in the studio after recording a totally different song. They decided to take a deep dive into the controversies and cliches around black and brown people. Looking closer into all the issues that black communities are facing, including all stereotypes that come with being a black person around the globe. The song combines all of that in one.

"I reflect on racism as a negative impact among black people. I begin by saying "You talking down but still, you're black" that means some blacks have implanted the mentality from outside of our space because blacks are always the victims.  Then I said "Where there's bad they always blame blacks" this supports the views of other races including the blacks as well. Because they were programmed from the beginning that only blacks were known well for being notorious criminals and gangsters"

"Yo my verse is just all over the place, but I was really thinking about all the injustices that I have witnessed as another black person in this world, it might have been in my personal life or just in general. Halfway through the verse I say "What you do when they say freeze? nobody free, without a fee you might get killed...land of the free but nobody free" that is kind of self-explanatory but it's about Police brutality, Corruption, and Injustice.  I don't want to sound like I'm creating my little cult of rebels, namavukela'mbuso cha!  but I feel like even our own people in government forget that we are still trying to recover from hundreds of years of oppression and colonialism all of us, when they're put in power they do unspeakable things to enrich themselves even if all of that is at the expense of the people. My verse also touches on things like mental imprisonment and more on stereotypes about black people's capabilities and efforts. Yep, that's pretty much all of it enjoy!"
