Dan Stone remix of Don't Give Up? Phwoar!

This is a remastered reconstruction of Tiesto's performance at the Closing Party of the Fast Forward Dance Parade in Rotterdam, back in 1999!
Tiesto, known as DJ Tiesto back then, attended the Rotterdam Dance Parade several times. Besides his peformance at the Closing Party at the Mullerpier in 1999, he also joined the Parade in 2001. He had his own truck that year and his appearance was part of the Tiesto SOLO tour.
I remember the support that year was massive - the number of people following his truck was by far the largest in the history of the Dance Parade. With over 400.000 attendants the Dance Parade itself was the largest festival of the BeNeLux!
In retrospect Tiesto's set on the Parade in 1999 was iconic. Not only for the amazing setting and atmosphere in the streets of Rotterdam, but also because of the momentum in Tiesto's career: Just after his famous Innercity gig in Amsterdam, in the period his career exploded.
Trance as a music genre was peaking that year, the so called 'Golden Era' of the genre was in full swing.
The original tape recording of Tiesto's set didn't make it through the years, but the tracklist did. So I decided to recapture his set with my own mixer and CDJ's in HQ.
