I bought my first trance cd by accident. I lived in a small country town in Australia in the 90s, probably 1997, and I liked trance and techno but didn't even know what this new music was called. so I went to a record shop  in the nearest big town and they had a superstition cd which I bought, based only on the album art and having no idea what it would sound like. anyway thanks Oliver lieb for starting my trance journey. trance has  been my musical love for the last 25 years. thank goodness it's much easier to find now wherever you are in the world.

This was a 3 hour set I played at After Hour Power - the long running legendary after hours party at The Palace (now Avalon) in Hollywood Los Angeles. Good times with good friends. 

It was this recording that got me my residency at The Gallery at Turnmills. When Danny the promoter heard it he asked me to leave my residency at MOS and join the Gallery - which of course I did overnight. Ironic therefore that 3 years later the Gallery would move to MOS!
