The release is a reflection of the richness of electronic music, focusing on how tech house can adapt and connect across different cultures. The participating artists come from a range of countries, including Spain, Belgium, Brazil, France, Italy, New Jersey (USA), Portugal, Puerto Rico, and Czech Republic, showcasing the global appeal and versatility of the genre.

Within this release, we would like to highlight two particular tracks that have earned special recognition. The first is “Side Culture” by the French artist duo Aarøn & Zinger, a track that has gained support from prominent international figures, including AYYBO, who played it at the Suwannee Hulaween x DEF event in Florida. This track perfectly encapsulates the duo’s ability to create powerful and vibrant sounds that command the dancefloor while remaining true to the essence of modern tech house. The second standout track is “Yali Yali” by Hef Teppa, an accomplished Belgian producer whose music has resonated with audiences at some of the biggest festivals, including Tomorrowland. In addition to his festival success, “Yali Yali” has made a major impact on social media, with over 240,000 views on TikTok from a video of Hef Teppa himself playing the track at the ZEMYÄ event. Afro house man Elias (GER) links with Democratic Republic of the Congo artist Boule Mpanya for two enchanting new tracks on Get Physical.

Elias hails from Thuringia, Germany and is always in search of that certain something in his music. It leans heavily on the power of the voice, real drums, percussion and African sounds on labels like this one (where he served up 'Love Her Madly' feat Lazarusman) as well as MoBlack, Connected and Open Bar Music. Here he calls upon the skills of Kinshasa's Boule Mpanya, a church singer since youth and TV star in his native Congo.

Opener 'Maja' is an intoxicating track that builds in organic drum loops, with live-sounding percussion and rising synth tension. The African vocals add a sense of spirituality and after an epic breakdown you are compelled to dance once more.

The brilliant 'Bina' has more afro drum patterns that skip enticingly and keep on drawing you in. While colourful synths tumble down the scales and sustained keys get you in a trance, the loose-limbed percussion brings the funk and Mpanya's vocals add elegance and authenticity.

These are two stylish and tasteful tunes that are sure to become real open-air favourites this summer.
