Pluey is a fanmade Deltarune character inspired by a post from Toby Fox (the guy behind Undertale and Deltarune) where he said he will “Implement Pluey.” 
Some people think Pluey might be a new character or even the next secret boss. 
I thought the idea was funny, so I made a battle theme based on that theory.
