Okay, so I'm sharing this piece of work that I have just finished. 

Going right back to when I first discovered my anxiety and exploring, what I call, ‘my darkest time’ with depression.  I’m not only doing this to raise awareness of mental health but I’m doing it for me. I see this as a kind of healing process, with counseling not being at the top of my list to get through this, this is my zombie self ‘coming out’ of the closet. With mental health professionals giving advice and another insight into the topic I hope to change peoples views and suggest another way at perceiving the, what some people call it, a ‘disability’.
