Happiness In Loneliness

	Wilmington-based prog-punk group, LunchBox Hero, bring a sound teaming with melodic, energetic, and dynamic verses lined with thoughtful lyrics and stories. Beginning in summer of 2014 the ensemble changed gears and focus on writing their first EP. Ambitiously, they decided that with their first release they would try something unique and write a concept EP. 
	Happiness In Loneliness highlights the importance of finding one’s true happiness before indulging in a relationship. The main character rides through the motions of love found, love lost, and conclusively looking inward to find his happiness.
	Beginning with Melissa, our character falls rather quickly for a girl he just met based on the most basic of interactions: first date, intellect, and superficial interest. Following up, Whatever, Here We Go, digs deeper into the regret felt by our character as he’s reflecting on the current state of the relationship he and Melissa have departed on based on such a haste beginning.
	Digging into the third track on the EP, I'm A Machine, the main character figures out that Melissa's intentions lied in changing who he was, he retaliates, claiming, You've lost your mind if you think you're what's gonna change my mind. Leading off into the title track, Happiness In Loneliness, our character battles with an internal struggle led by the voice in his head, his father, who raised him telling him that marriage and a family were what will bring him happiness once he's grown up. Advice he is quickly realizing may not lead to his over all happiness, but rather finding it in himself.
	Spanning through a mere twenty minutes, Happiness In Loneliness touches on topics we have all experienced while touching on some more sensitive moments. Merging them all into one record, this will mark the first of many stories to be told from LunchBox Hero.
