This is a freestyle verse that I wrote to Pusha T's "My God". It describes how I feel about the issues that have plagued and continue to plague Africa. It also touches on some of the challenges faced by immigrants living in a country that is not their own.

Luse is a rap artist from the Kingdom of Swaziland. His lyrics are socially conscious and written with the aim of provoking thought in his listeners. Born in New York, Luse was influenced and inspired by a host of NY rappers, including Nas, Jay-Z, and Biggie. Other rappers who have greatly influenced his style of music include, among others, 2Pac and Eminem. As a resident of Dubai, he is affiliated with Studio9 Productions and has developed a close working relationship and friendship with in-house Producer and House DJ, Neo.
