Eternal Sunshine is inspired by Lushbunny’s two week excursion in New York City to play at Evole on New Year’s Eve in December 2012. Welcomed with open arms by new and old faces, New York has long been a favorite playground for Lushbunny. Buoyed by the movie Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, each song in this podcast has been carefully chosen to provide as a soundtrack as well as an emotional journal for the various experiences he felt during this trip. The Booty Hunter dome is always a blast; intimate vibes, great friends, lots of dancing, and strong-ass drinks from the booty bar. This year exceeded expectations and was the most fun with a full on disco house throw down. 

Many thanks to my misfits and booty hunter crew alike for representing this year. I had a blast on decks and it looked like everyone did on the dancefloor as well. This one gets a little harder/booty shaking towards the end, featuring some tracks i haven’t played before.

In a time of quarantine, music has never been so important to connect us all.  This introspective journey to various soundscapes will hopefully encourage people to explore within.  Without Frontiers was recorded live during a facebook watch party in my living room.

As the effects of a virus has swept the globe, we wanted to create a series of B2Bs during these quarantine sessions to share our love for house music and dance.  This is the first of a series of live recordings to be released.  We will try to drop weekly mixes as the quarantine continues.

The "rapture" has often been hijacked by evangelicals to mean the end of time, but I prefer to believe in its initial definition of "a feeling of intense pleasure of joy." As we reach sixth week of quarantine, we are confronted with our sense of isolation, and it is getting harder each day.  We can't forget that this is all temporary, and that somewhere at the end of this road lies some sort of rapture.  This set was recorded in my bedroom to celebrate the birthdays of Nikki and Piper.
